We offer a 4-day exchange policy for all items. The delivery date will be considered as Day 1, and exchanges must be completed by Day 4. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@snapperchoice.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process and ensure a smooth exchange experience.

🧵 Made to Order

All our products are made to order — each item is printed and prepared after your order is placed.

📦 Exchange Policy (Within India)

  • You can request an exchange within 4 days of receiving your order.
  • Email us at info@snapperchoice.com with your order details to start the process.
  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
  • Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Once approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.
  • No exchanges for colour or product preference.

⚠️ Note: We do not accept returns once an item is sold. Only exchanges are allowed under valid conditions.

💥 Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please check your order on delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit after reviewing your claim.

💳 Refunds (Only for Defective Items)

  • For defective or damaged items, you can request a replacement or store credit.
  • Online payments: Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Only store credit will be issued.

🌍 International Orders

  • No returns or exchanges for international orders due to customs and logistics.
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours with clear photos.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed once the product is inspected and approved.
